15. To remove the Certain Implant
Placement Driver Tip from the implant, lift straight up and
out.
To remove the implant mount, place the Open-End
Wrench onto the mount. Loosen the screw at the top of the
mount with a Large Hex Driver or the Large Hex Driver Tip
inserted into the Right-Angle Driver and rotate
counter-clockwise. After the screw is loosened, rotate the
Open-End Wrench counter-clockwise slightly before removing the
mount. The mount may be carried from the mouth with the
Open-End Wrench.
Instruments needed: Open-End Wrench (CW100), Large
Hex Driver Tip (RASH3) and Right-Angle Driver (CATDB with
CADD1) or a Large Hex Driver (PHD02N)
16. Pick up the Cover Screw from the No-Touch™ Implant
Tray with the Implant Driver or Large Hex Driver and place
onto the implant.
NOTE: When using the Certain Implant Placement
Driver, reduce the torque setting on the drilling unit to
10Ncm.
Instruments needed: Implant Placement Driver Tip
(IIPDTS or IIPDTL) Large Hex Driver (PHD02N)
17. Pick up the Cover Screw from the No-Touch
Implant Tray with the Small Hex Driver and place onto the
implant.
Instruments needed: Small Hex Driver (PHD00N)
NOTE: At this step, a temporary healing
abutment may be placed for single-stage surgery instead of a
cover screw.
